The location was magnificent in the Monaghan area. Plus, it was not far from the garden, the Loch and castle and the lakes.

Vast Country Park: We were blown away by the Country Park surrounding the house, spanning 900 acres! It felt like an adventure exploring the forest trails of the Black Islands, encountering diverse wildlife along the way. It's like being in our own private nature kingdom!

Cold room: The room was extremely cold, despite the feather comforters and extra blankets.

We spent our Christmas holidays in this stunning B&B, and it was a fantastic experience! the room was spotless, cozy, and spacious with a beautiful view of the surroundings. the breakfast was genuinely delicious, freshly cooked, and the portions were generous. the location was also superb, within walking distance to the town center, and the staff was friendly and accommodating.

That there was no tea-making facilities in the room, which made it challenging to enjoy a cup of tea before going to bed. there was no TV in the room, which made the evenings a bit boring.

The B&B I stayed at was welcoming, comfortable and had great views of the countryside. The hosts were friendly and served delicious breakfast every morning. One of the highlights was the hot scones and tea that was served on our arrival to the B&B. Additionally, the room was spacious and had a roll-top bath which was perfect for relaxing after a long day of travelling. Another advantage of this place was the location, it was in a quiet area with great scenery and easy access to local landmarks and restaurants.

The room was a bit chilly even with the extra blankets provided, so we had to wear clothes and socks in bed. Another downside was the noise from outside. Although I tried to get in touch with the owners, it was difficult to locate them as they were not around. It made me feel a bit uncomfortable and uneasy.
